Exclamation Weird Super Battle Collection figures

I have seen two different box types for the Super Battle Collection action figures. The original version and some new weird version that only does some of the figures in the line. The figures have darker shades to their skin, and the box colors are darker too. Are these darker new versions bootlegs or reissues. I need to know because I might buy them and I need to know if they are genuine figures. I don't want to buy a bootleg. Also, if these are reissues, are they more valuable than the originals, or are they less valuable? Please help! I've never seen these before and I don't have that much knowledge of the Super Battle Collection line because I'm not really a longtime collector of the line.

Everyone is going to think I'm stupid for posting this, but oh well: I don't know how to post pictures on the internet, but if you tell me, I'll post pictures of the figures, but in the meantime, I'll give a better description. One of the figures is a Super Saiyan 4 Vegeta that came in a green box, with a more realistic, darker fur on the arms, chest, and tail than the original version. I think on one of the packaging the box said 2003, but I'm not sure because I threw away the box.

Hey there ForestWolf61 - I don't think your stupid at all for not knowing, let me help out if I can. If you make an account here:

www.Photobucket.com

and load your images there, you can just copy and past image addresses right into your board messages. Its pretty easy to use. Hope that helps, and welcome to DBT!

All the best,
Oldphan

Thanks for the help but, but I don't know how to do any of the stuff you mentioned. Don't you have to have a special part for your computer? Anyway I'll see and try it out. Thanks, Oldphan.

Showing your exact pictures is probably not necessary. You can search google and just copy and paste. There are more than two versions anyway, probably five if you include the cool bootlegs.

I've heard that there were remakes of some of the Super Battle Collection action figures. Is it possible that this is one of the remakes? I don't think it's a bootleg, it has the Bandai logo on it. What year were the remakes released? On the package it says 2003. Is that the year that the remakes were made, because if it is, then I think I have a remake.

Re-issues are never worth more than originals.

I think even the gold hair version is the second release on the super Saiyans since they were first released with yellow hair.

So, are the reissues genuine or not?

Sure it's genuine, but the least valuable for collectors. If you opened it up, then it's the ideal one for you.

Yea, they would be genuine. But probably worth less than the original SBC. I was at a Kid Tokyo yesterday and saw some for upwards of $30.

Sweet. Now I'm going to buy more of them to add to my group of Super Battle Collection figures. I've been collecting them on and off for a few years and have gotten a nice amount of the Super Battle Collection Figures original and remake. Up to today though I wasn't quite sure if they were genuine or not. Thanks for the help everyone.
